This tiny 5″ x 7″ transparent watercolor of sailboats at Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, Canada I painted en plein air from the little bridge near Ian’s farm where my daughter and I vacationed one year. We would gather ripe wild berries on our way down to the bridge and eat them fresh and juicy at our next meal.
