Artist’s Proof of Award-winning Original Transparent Watercolor 15″W x 22″H. This is the Artist’s Proof which was embellished by artist’s own hand with additional watercolor pigments. A number of pencil sketches were made en plein air at the Italian Market in Philadelphia and watercolors were added later when I returned to the studio. In this particular work, I empathized with the tired shopper and featured the mom sharing apples with the boy and girl.
